Life at Holiday
My journey with Heritage Center started in 2013. I completed my clinicals on the Horizons unit while still in High School. I then went through the SWIHSA class that Holiday Health Care offers and became a CNA. Shortly after that I became a QMA with SWIHSA. During this time, I learned of my passion for long-term care. After earning my degree in Health Services with an emphasis in long-term care, I left Heritage Center, but quickly realized I wanted to get back to the Heritage Family. In July 2021, my dream came true when I accepted a position in the admissions office. I couldn 't be more grateful!

Our family could not be more thankful for the love, care, and respect my grandmother continues to receive at the Heritage Center. The separation during the pandemic was particularly hard. I feel truly blessed knowing that the folks at Heritage truly became surrogate families to the residents, and even provided much needed support to the families who could not visit. The passion and commitment to the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of the residents is second to none. Words can hardly express what that means to me and to my family
